#Amsterdam has one too. We don't have to do everything ourselves. It's OK to use money like this to build capacity if we can find good targets. At least, that's my take.

Look out for information about this missing person. She was found, nearly dead, in the water near Vancouver BC in 2022. She died the next day, unidentified.
New analysis of pollen on her clothing indicates she might have just arrived to BC from the Seattle or Portland areas.
Apparently BC RCMP will be doing a news conference in the USA in the near future to try to find anyone who might recognize her.

This could be things like deep investigations into closed OPA cases (especially officer involved shootings), the consent decree, lawsuits against the department, the history of the Seattle CHOP and infiltration, reports of harassment of activists, etc, all following roughly the "True Crime" formula and using public records as the source material.
