Angenommen ich kenne eine Seite mit folgenden Eigenschaften:
- tausende Nutzer:innen angemeldet, oft sehr (!) sensible Daten hinterlegt.
- Server mit längst veraltetem PHP
- Admin hat keinen Bock mehr.
Risiko eines Einbruchs ist aus meiner Sicht sehr hoch. Das würde mutmaßlich auch Bekannte von mir treffen.
Was kann man da machen? Ist das möglicherweise auc rechtlich relevante Fahrlässigkeit?
