Promoting Shabana Mehmood to chancellor seems to be the most weak dumb move Burnham could possibly make.
She's authoritarian and fiscally inexperienced having shown no sign she understands what money is or how investment works or what a fiscal multiplier is. She'll likely treat the budget like a household or business accounts.
