Fortnox har identifierat ett problem. Om folk ska köpa deras fakturaköptjänster behöver de göra en KYC med Fortnox Finans. Det avskräcker. Så då kommer de på den briljanta idén att tvinga ALLA med Fortnox som vill skicka en faktura att göra en KYC, oavsett om man någonsin tänker sälja sina fakturor till dem.
Vilket dels skapar krångel och administration för en otrolig mängd användare (det ska ansökas, kunder ska signera, mail som hamnat i spamfilter ska hittas) etc.
