Our #silentsunday was spent on a mountain trail half an hour from our home. About 400-500m elevation along such a trail. And we didn't meet anybody.

A high alpine mountain landscape, tundra zone with sporadic forest (Swiss pines and larches). The light gray rocky riverbed and mouth of a canyon carved by the former glacier here is surrounded by steep red walls of exposed bedrock. Higher up, grassy slopes in orange/brown autumn colors. Clear deep blue sky.

Turm mit Tordurchfahrt nach einer Holzbrücke, die wir im Vordergrund sehen. Der Torbogen ist rund hat die Höhe des unteren Viertels des Turmes, darüber drei Fenster, zwei im ersten Stock, eiens im zweiten Stock und dann ein spitz zulaufendes Dach. Es ist mit Plane abgedeckt, weil es reoariert wird. Rechts und links des Tores Wohnbebauung, dahinter eine Kalkfelswand.
