Whatever you do, don't tell anyone.
Had a song spinning around in my head this morning. Could not remember the songs title or the band. Had to crawl back through a few days of Mastodon posts to see an image to remind myself – that Queens of the Stone Age have a new album out today.

Just had a classic issues on a site - all looked fine for me on Desktop but was getting a Lighthouse issue for the fonts. Turned out the font files had been empty since 2023. Of course it looks fine on my Mac but not on my phone! How the files became empty I just don't have a clue! Had an old back up so now all sorted.
Still a few things to do on the site for performance.

Just added Sveltia CMS to an #11ty project and had no idea i could also run it locally - what a great idea! So I can use its CMS to manage a site locally and just push files to the CDN - no build required - no need to worry about node upgrades on the CDN! And it was incredibly easy to install compared to the old NetlifyCMS.

My #11ty sites can sleep easy.

When you get an email from a company you don't remember dealing with but suspect you might have signed up a long time ago... and wanted to ensure if they ever contacted you, you’d want a way to know they weren’t great.
