La proposition de loi portée par un député LR instaure une inversion de la charge de la preuve : ce seront désormais aux victimes ou à leurs proches de démontrer que l’usage des armes n’était pas justifié. Une législation qui pourrait être totalement contre-productive et renforcer la suspicion d’impunité policière.
