Can you spot the #sunspots here? A very hazy Bochum sunset today, but one from 4478 and both from 4479 are present in the lower right sector of the Sun.

The big #sunspots once more today, during another #Bochum (Germany) #sunset: see https://bsky.app/profile/cosmos4u.bsky.social/post/3mphd34hrsk26 for two earlier and two later timesteps. Whole sequence there covering 3 minutes and 20 seconds ... about the duration of a good total solar eclipse. ;-)

The #sunspots today, again using only Nature's filter - the haze was thicker than yesterday but the 'optical quality' was very good once more, with well-defined spots: see https://spaceweather.com/images2026/26may26/hmi1898.gif for their identities.
