Another stupid MacOS 26 Tahoe change making my life harder. In Tahoe, several USB tools I use are broken. They call `system_profiler SPUSBDataType` internally to get USB info. In Tahoe that's gone, replaced by "SPUSBHostDataType", which returns not enough info.
If anyone has any tips on a built-in equivalent, let me know!

What pre-Tahoe “system_profiler SPUSBDataType” returns for a Raspberry Pi Pico board. Very useful!
The paltry amount of info returned in Tahoe with "system_profiler SPUSBHostDataType". Not useful!

Updated my workshop Mac mini to #Tahoe and wow. Either I’m getting old or this is really bad UI design. (…or both 😁) I’m not talking about the weird alignment of elements and rounded corners that are all over the place, although that’s surprising to see as well. It's 2026 and Apple can't produce a browser that reliably shows its navigation and tab bars properly. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
Perhaps they could consult the Gods.
