An assortment of tapas/pintxos in wooden trays with 4 of the staff behind preparing and serving them. The first line of tapas are made of pulled beef, red onion and a greenish sauce, the second line are piquillo peppers fill with vegan potato salad and topped with a pickle and an olive. Third line consist of a Spanish cheeses selection with grapes, longaniza with Padrón peppers, and iberian salchichón. Fourth line are boquerones (pickle anchovies) with olives and guindilla peppers, profiteroles…
