I passed this kid riding what looks to be an emoto on the Oak Leaf Trail this morning.
He was not riding like a dick, but definitely not pedaling, just throttle all the way.
This is on part of the trail that is typically pretty empty, and this was around 7:15am.
Didn't seem to be going crazy fast either so, eh... whatever.
