ICE quietly deports man in vegetative state—he died despite being perfectly healthy when arrested. Family was unable to find him for weeks—agent where detained finally admit he had "health issue." He was bedridden, unable to speak, move, or eat—could only blink to communicate. After ICE deported him by air ambulance to a hospital in Costa Rica—doctors described him as "filthy, with open wounds, dried blood in his mouth, and unable to speak or move."
