En pleine guerre commerciale, rien n’empêche le « plus important renouvellement » de trains et de locomotives attendu chez VIA Rail de prendre le chemin des États-Unis ou d’un autre pays, et ce, même si des usines situées au Québec et en Ontario sont capables de construire ce matériel roulant.

Via Rail is better than driving an automobile. Quieter, faster, more legroom, don't need to store it somewhere. But that's like the absolute bare minimum for a rail service. It needs to come as frequently as an automobile too. And have bicycle racks.
