#Vinaigrette is the most absurd "ingredient". I reject the whole concept of it.
How is it legal? What reasons can possibly justify its existence, let alone its usage in a food establishment? What admissible purpose was ever achieved by using/listing it as ingredient, instead of its constituents directly?
