Nieuwe Archiefwet treedt op 1 januari in werking
Na diverse malen uitstel treedt de nieuwe Archiefwet dan toch echt in werking per 1 januari 2027. De Eerste Kamer stemde 12 mei 2026 in met de wet. Overheden krijgen voortaan 10 in plaats van 20 jaar de tijd om belangrijke informatie over te brengen naar een archiefdienst.

So I have apps working fine on my IPhone, which is a great phone. I can make and receive calls and text. Hunky dory. BUT weekly I am asked to update an app. I down load the update and it informs me I have an supported iOS and I am left without the older working app!! WYF!!! Leave us older folks alone.
