Microsoft has really screwed up. When I see users who don't have a clue about computers asking about Linux because they're sick and tired of Windows, things are looking pretty bad for the folks in Redmond.

I've noticed in the last five years or so a marked increase in drivers running red lights in my town (Swarthmore, Pennsylvania) and that many of the vehicles have illegal levels of window tinting. I'm wondering, is it that aggressive (male) drivers are likely to get illegal tinting ... or is it that the tinting induces lawlessness via the anonymity it provides? Or are both factors? Something I terribly hate about #Linux is its unwillingness to hibernate with #SecureBoot enabled. I don't want to keep my computer idle for several hours just to preserve the states of the currently running programs.

Had to install #Windows11 and I am discovering that not only does it want to use my location, but also the only option is "Accept"
Like.. that's great, they give you the option to let it access your location (Yes) or not (No) but the only button you can click to move on, instead of being called "OK" as a normal OS would do, is called "Accept" 🤔
