What the hell!? As usual, I clicked on “Install updates and shut down” in Windows. Then it installed the updates and shut down!

Balena #Etcher didn't work on #Windows11 no matter how hard I shot at the built-in security software it came with.
I followed the step-by-step instructions here and got stuck creating the bootable usb drive:

162 requests for my location in the last 7 days from mostly "Windows Web Experience Pack" on Windows 11. Is that really necessary?? It even checks it when the computer is sleeping and not in use. At 3am. I shouldn't expect anything less from Microsoft but its still aggravating. #windows11
