So ein 14% iger selbtgebrauter Wein bringt das Ganze auf einen neuen Level, wenn er so aromatisch, süß und einfach lecker ist.
Von allen Fruchtsäften, die ich bisher vergoren habe, ist der Traubensaft der geilste. Die Hefe hat so Bock darauf, die erzeugt sogar einen kleinen Springbrunnen in der Gärflasche. Das ist so schön anzusehen.
Wenn Du planst, damit anzufangen, nimm Traubensaft, echt! Das bringt den meisten Spass!
