A pocket watch with Chinese Shíchen (時辰) in an outer ring and a double set of 12 Roman Numerals on an inner ring, covering a 24 hour range. The hour hand is pointing just after an Ⅺ marker and the minute hand is at 25 past. However since the hour hand is within the 子 area, we know this is night and thus 11:25PM/23:25. Pocket watch in the palm of my hand. It has a 24 hour movement showing the time with Roman Numerals and also Shíchen (时辰). An old Chinese timekeeping system that divides the day into 12 two-hour periods, each represented by a zodiac animal. The time shown is 21.07.

Yes it is a funky little dial. I don't have enough characters to fully explain it here without starting a thread, so I cheated and shoved it all in the alt text. 🤷
