Seems the FBI is not yet ready to take in surrendering forces from fictional terrorist organizations. No word on whether or not they could take surrendering Nazgul, Decepticons or Cobra from GI Joe either.

Two people approach FBI headquarters saying they are antifa (fictional construct of the current Presidential administration, inspired by the idea of Anti-Fascism) and want to turn themselves in, but the FBI is unable or unwilling to accept their “surrender.”
