I made bagels again. I think I’m getting better at most aspects of the process. The sesame seed was a fail as most fell off when I cut them. (The “vegan” egg wash did not work.) The asiago parmesan ones are great though! #food#bagels
I made bagels today. I used a different recipe and these are huge! 115 grams each, which is a lot more than 100 grams each. (Maths!) Still perfecting the process, still delicious. 🥯 #food#bagels#baking
