I made some pizzas last night and some bread today. Didn’t do much else this weekend, still recovering from surgery but we did watch Spain kick some World Cup ass today!

Baking night tonight. New cinnamon roll recipe and new muffin tin (jumbo muffins). I suspect people at work will be happy for a early morning snack.
Tuesday will be muffins for the wife. She loves my oatmeal/bran mini muffins. I cheat there as she loves the bagged mix and I add extra oat bran for her.

I made bagels today. I used a different recipe and these are huge! 115 grams each, which is a lot more than 100 grams each. (Maths!) Still perfecting the process, still delicious. 🥯

Today was pretty rough but I was able to use the dough that’s been in the fridge for three days. It wasn’t even true focaccia dough but it worked great. Definitely one I’ll try again.

I made a cake yesterday and it wasn't great, not that good really. It's okay I guess. The issue is that we've had two cakes from Sendik's this month and this one doesn't compare to those.
Also, I don't really make cakes that often. It's probably been a few years since I made a cake.
It also didn't help that I mis-measured when making the frosting and had to then try to make my own powdered sugar.

I make a cake yesterday. It looks like crap but it was fine tasting. I’m not big into cakes because I’ve been focusing on bread but I’d like to improve on cakes.
(I made a weird icing so yeah, that part does not look good!)
