a 3D-printed version of my avatar picture, drawn as a single, uninterrupted spiral. The printer never stops, the nozzle follows a spiral path from the inside out, continuously. What changes along the way is the amount of material being extruded. #3dprint #spiral

I think my BambuLab A1 mini really struggles with certain types of filament that are not thick enough, whether it's the old, two-year-old white PLA or the wood filament. With a little pressure, the extruder pushes it through the nozzle, but it doesn't do so continuously on its own. #3dprinting #3dprinter
