Had more success meeting local furs on the MeetUp app than I had on #barq, which is to say I’ve gotten in touch with people on Barq but I have yet to meet anyone I found there in person. I seem to be among a handful of people who do not see it as a dating app.
In light of recent news it’ll be a while before I give Barq another try.
