Someone accused me of not being Black on twitter!
Mastodon was way ahead of the curve on this one though
(why do i keep hate posting on this place, about this place? I mean I know, it's because I wanted this place to be good)

It pains me to say, but I think useful political discourse cannot meaningfully exist on Mastodon. I don't wish this to be true, but the streets is the streets and, well, this is the closest thing to an HOA gated community I've seen in social media.
