So I've been baking again. Getting semi-consistent results on my rolled and scored baguettes now.

Two chubby little baguettes cooling on a wire rack. They have four score lines each and are a lovely burnished orange colour. The one at the rear is a little wonky on both the scoring and shaping, but it still looks delish.
