5 handstand push-ups in each of two sets! Here's set two, after a full meal. This is a 2-set record, beating last week's 9. (I do these on Wednesdays most weeks, typically two sets.)

I just hit a #calisthenics goal: 100 decline push-ups in one set. I started training this level of difficulty—30-cm elevation at the feet, (ersatz) parallettes to facilitate full range of motion—last September after reaching previous targets. Two sets of 100 are coming!
7 handstand push-ups: shattered my old record by 2! I didn't believe it myself at first — thought I did 6. I had to watch this four times to be sure. 🤗

15th 2-minute-plus hang in a row (new p.b.). 75.6% in 2025 have beat two minutes. I've hung 127 times this year with a 2:03 average time. Video is 8x speed.

Now at 35 cm offset, since I made my long-term goal last Sunday of 100 in each of two sets at 29½ cm. That's 19% more offset. Much harder. I got to 60 reps. I'll do a second set now.
