It's a bit hard to read because my daughter's camera is pretty bad, but the section of the pantry that the cat is sleeping in is labeled "random". #CatsOfMastodon

We don't allow cats on our dinner table, and they full well know that (their punishment when caught is corporal cuddling).
While I was out of the house just now and my wife asleep, the 13yo took this picture.

A dining room table with a bunch of random stuff on it; laptop, water bottles, a box of markers/art stuff, a kid's backpack, some plastic bags, etc. There are also 3 cats on there. Erie, a mostly black tuxedo cat sits comfortably on the keyboard of the laptop (which has its screen on and is unlocked, because she's obviously hard at work). I don't want to jinx it, but I'm so excited: we're visiting a pair of kittens on Friday with a view to bringing them home next week! Brother and sister found with three others as strays when they were tiny. They're at a rehoming centre just now. Very much looking forward to Friday 😀🐾🐈 #catsofmastodon
