Wow, my wife really nailed it buying cheese yesterday.
Mayfield, Cashel Blue and Delice de Borgouin, all from the cheese counter at Burwash Larder.
All utterly delicious. I'm such a lucky lad. I brought the good wine to go with.

I don't normally do advent calendars because I don't enjoy eating chocolate.
But then I was in the supermarket today and they had a cheese advent calendar and now I'm like a 10-year-old excitedly impatient for December to arrive just so I can start!
