Rotisserie chickens in the trash: I worked in a supermarket and saw shocking food waste every day
Stores over-stock their shelves, then toss out what they don’t sell. Meanwhile, workers struggle to make ends meet

We got some eggs from a friend who has chickens, so I whipped up a little breakfast sandwich with one of the pretzel buns I made last week.
The cheese is store-bought though… not sure I’m ready to start making my own cheese!
