Done with this project, everything except for the audio port worked (not a huge issue, but annoying). Passed in CGA via the DB-9 connector, RGB via the BNC connectors and the Sony PVM was more than happy to display the signal.

The CMPTR breakout board fully assembled with RGBS BNC connectors, a DB9 port for CGA, and more than a couple of DIP switches for settings.
