Reflecting Pool Cocktail:
Line martini glass with blue fruit roll-up.
Mix 2 oz rum, 4 oz pineapple juice, 1 ounce blue curacao, and pour into glass.
Watch the blue fruit roll-up melt amidst the green liquid and enjoy!
