#Codeberg had a 7 hour outage yesterday. Even before that pushes to and pulls from my repos hosted there were often painfully slow. I don’t love the idea of going back to Github, but I don’t want to self host, and I am not aware of a git hosting provider that meets my needs:
• <= $60 per year (I can fudge this a bit for a great fit)
• unlimited private repos allowed
• my code is …
And this "entitled prospective user" attitude. "I was planning on moving my projects to #Codeberg, but now I won't". Oh, how sad that you won't give them the benefit of using their free services (okay, I'm sure you were going to donate).
Reminds me of the "entitled prospective contributor" attitude in #Gentoo. "You never heard from me before, but I don't like this new policy. There are dozens of new contributors with me, just around the corner, and now we won't be able to contribute." (This was about the copyright policy, so they could have contributed noncontroversially for a long time, yet they never did.)

Is anyone else having problems with @… today?
I get 500s when trying to create a repository.

Anyone knows the state of federation/ForgeFed in Forgejo rn?
I want to migrate away from github, maybe to a selfhosted Forgejo, maybe to git.gay, maybe to codeberg and I wanted to be able to star/PR/issue repos in other forges. Not that I do anything relevant, but I wanted to be able to receive stars/PRs/issues in my stuff too even if I decided to self host!
