Last Sunday, while sipping my morning brew, an impulsive light bulb went off in my head. It said, "You will ride a bike in Denmark; you will ride to three nearby cities."
I am not a sporty guy whatsoever, but it sounds fun… on paper.

I shouldn't be surprised, but I've lost weight since switching from Flat White to V60/Pourover coffees.
Even though I use Oat Milk, it's the barista type with added oils, and in greater amounts because of the type of coffee I was drinking.

So, what’s everyone drinking this morning? I bought a fresh bag of beans yesterday, and used them with my V60 this morning. Not the best beans, but at least I now contain caffeine!
We’ve also been experimenting with Cold Brew infusions using a Hario infuser bottle. So far, the best infusion we’ve found is Wittards Very berry. It’s so yummy!
