Kleiner Rückblick auf gestern auf dem #ComicSalonErlangen: nach Bummeln bei den Künstlerständen gings durch einige Ausstellungen, teils zum Eröffnungsempfang.
Darunter die Ausstellung Fleischeslust zum Comic über einen Metzger, der sein Handwerk und die Fleischwaren industrie hinterfragt. Der Zeichner Martin Oesch ist selbst auch Metzger.
Auch um Ernährung ging es in Kochen…

Undergraduate student asks a professor a question: If the wavefunction only collapses when i observe it, does that mean my consciousness affects the universe? Professor's reply has 3 options:Bad, Good and Chaotic: BAD: Yes. Quantum entanglement proves that we all have souls. GOOD: No. Consciousness plays no role here. It's just physical measurement. CHAOTIC: No. The wavefunction collapses when I look at it because I'm a full professor. It won't collapse for an undergraduate.

I am still actively using the original programme that I wrote in 1985 to manage my comic collection. It is written in dBASE III syntax and compiled with Clipper on a state-of-the art Commodore PC20 with Intel 8088 (4,77 MHz, 16-Bit-architecture) CPU, 256 kB RAM, and 10 MB hard drive (fancy stuff, back then). Today, over 40 years later, the user interface may look a tiny bit outdated, but everything still works like a charm.
