If you use the Outlook app on your mobile.. beware! Mine just decided to turn #Copilot on without ever being asked to do so.
To turn it off:
House sign > Settings > Copilot > toggle off "turn on Copilot"
I have to use this app (outlook) because of work but I really wish I could use something else!!
