It finally struck me last night that Tadej Pogačar is basically the Bazball of #cycling, or Bazball is the Pogačar of #cricket. Both are more than a bit unhinged, really just in it to win, not to draw, and hence often super entertaining. Except Tadej is ridiculously more successful.

My very cancellable take is that today's ENG-IND #cricket win was boring; it would have been far more exciting as a proper Test match draw. ENG were dreaming of Stokes at Headingley when they needed to channel Atherton in Johannesburg (or even Leach at Headingley).
