Got the convergence mostly fixed after trying to fix it previously. Learned a heluva lot, but time to enjoy the fruits of my labor.

So, figured I'd "fix" the mono output from the JVC TM-H150C CRT monitor by grabbing the Sony speakers off the PVM-2530 and attaching them to an amp. Works perfectly as the speakers are shielded and barely fit onto the second shelf. I officially have stereo sound for the smaller TV.
