So, just verified that my retirement funds are safe because holy crap these got more expensive than I thought they did. The bottom two are LG WH14NS40 drives that have been upgraded to LG WH16NS60 drives. The platform is the exact same for both models which means a firmware upgrade unlocks a ton of stuff.

This week I've recapped a Fergusson 10" Consumer CRT TV and a Microvitec CUB.
No one was unalived by the anode cap. And I only burned myself once!
CUB has one minor wobble on a few games but that might be the one capacitor I didn't have a replacement for (coming soon!).

who decided it would be a bad idea to ground CRT TVs. seriously that seems like a fucking no brainer
Okay, the setup is solid now. SCART into the `gscart` switch which splits the output. One goes to the Sony PVM-2530, the other output goes to the RetroTINK 4K. I tried to get the colors to match somewhat on the CRT, but it's a fool's errand to be honest. However, once work is over it'll be time to progress more in FF6.

The RetroTINK is now hooked up into the SCART switch along with the capture card on the computer. Switched back over to the JVC TM-H150CG because it's a better CRT than the Sony PVM-2530 and it takes up a bit less space. Still need to arrange the cables a bit, but I think this weekend is gonna be perfect for playing some games.
