I've been lucky to run an ecommerce store for 10 years and only got 2 chargebacks.
One of them was a fraudulent one, where customer received the item but claimed it was defective without contacting us, sending us a photo or giving us a chance to make it right. For all we know, it was not defective.
Just won the chargeback dispute, which is actually not too frequent.
