Der Öffentliche Gesundheitsdienst ÖGD sollte digital längst weiter sein.
Doch Christoph Braun zeigt bei Heise Online: Ohne verbindliche Standards, klare Zuständigkeiten und koordinierte Steuerung versanden Projekte. Technik allein modernisiert keine Verwaltung – Struktur schon eher.
