Turin DF64 Gen 2.5 single dose grinder handling 18 grams of #espresso with its (not) fancy bellows to make it very nearly zero retention.
You know, if grinding beans is your kink.

A 12 inch high, 5 inch diameter white cylinder, set at maybe a 20 degree angle with a chute on the front that empties into a metal cup braced under it. The top is a grind size dial with a metal receptacle with a rubber bellows for accepting beans. I pour a bunch of beans into it and they come out the chute as a fine powder.

Brought home some #espresso beans. Pulled a shot on a Bambino Plus with default settings, then made a cappuccino on the same machine. Tomorrow I'll try with the Flair 58.
