I'm 69. Today I did 108 decline push-ups before brunch. Here they are! Counter included. Middle seven minutes are sped up 7x for your viewing ease. I started this journey in 2020. It's been a life-changing gift! Don't look back. Thanks for your encouragement!

I use the yoga board to get my heels into negative at the bottom for more range of motion. The gloves are ½-kg weighted.
