Please read this heart-breaking post. AI has enabled research fraud on a frightening scale. It can't be very hard to stop AI citing non-existent articles, but it does that regularly. It gives something that *looks like* and answer, but may not be.

Trump’s Own Mortgages Match His Description of Mortgage Fraud, Records Reveal
The Trump administration has argued that Fed board member Lisa Cook may have committed mortgage fraud by declaring more than one primary residence on her loans. We found Trump once did the very thing he called “deceitful and potentially criminal.”

While researching gift cards this morning I learned that fraud has increased significantly and that the card balance can be drained before your recipient gets a chance to spend it. It's still relatively rare but possible.
