Time for another fun #osint #geolocation puzzle!
1) Where am I?
2) What building is pictured at the center of the frame?
3) What are all of the antennas for?
CW guesses or solutions to avoid spoilers, as usual.

Photo taken from several hundred feet in the air looking down at the ground and the roofs of several multi-story buildings. The building at center has a greenish colored roof with a complex collection of HVAC equipment and several large antennas mounted to it.

1) Where was I? Be as specific as possible (floor, part of building, etc)
2) Bonus: Why was I there?

Photo of a parking lot with a masonry-and-steel fence at the perimeter. Behind the fence a concrete street with a few trees and buildings is visible. In the distance a mountain ridge is silhouetted against the clear blue sky.
