I grew these French Bean 'Celine' because they looked attractive. Past experience suggested purple beans changed to green on cooking and might be quite tasty. These were a disappointment having a tougher skin and a rather bland interior, they remained a rather washed out pink. The funny part was a granddaughter named them 'Witches Fingers'! #growyourown
