This is with the Agfa ePhoto 1680, a 1.3MP CCD camera from 1998. It's pretty temperamental, while it takes 4 AA batteries, normal alkaline batteries don't provide enough juice; I found that Li-Ion rechargeable are the only way to go.
I love the time when they experimented with various camera shapes as they weren’t constrained by how film needs to physically be in the camera anymore.

I have MANY issues with the #YouTube algorithm, but every now and then it just recommends me a #video of some random person with 6 views and 92 subscribers looking absolutely delighted as they review the #books they’re reading.
And I can’t stop smiling watching these videos every now and then because they are so human, earnest, and wonderfully awkward.
