Nach 20 Jahren auf der Straße: Eine eigene Wohnung
Die Stadt Rostock geht neue Wege bei der Obdachlosenhilfe. Beim Ansatz "Housing First" kriegen obdachlose Menschen als erstes eine Wohnung vermittelt, ohne dass das an Bedingungen geknüpft ist. Das Modellprojekt MOINS - Menschen vor Obdachlosigkeit intelligent schützen - läuft erstmal bis 2028.
