Talking about the #SolarEclipse and #Iceland missing out completely as many believe ... but that's not entirely true as the recorded live stream #totality strip shows (the preview image sucks): from 1:02 it got clear 2 minutes and 11 seconds with the Sun 25° up - but the place was so inaccessible that apparently hardly anyone except the TV crew set up there. The feed from which was shown in TV news around the globe, though.

What an incredible birthday I’ve had. Some the best friends a man can ask for, an outstanding meal, then I got to see the aurora on the walk home.
