I had a fall in late January, resulting in minor brain hemorrhages (SAH), neck vertebrae bulge, and damaged spinal-cord protective cover. π€
Recovery has been tough and the limitation on physical activity has been disappointing. So, today I was happy that I did my longest continuous walk (2.65k) since the injury. 40% slower than before, but hopeful that I can soon be more active.π€
