Lunch run, pretty hot, but the sky view and urban running make it worth awhile 🙂 Pace was not great, I've had some regression with #insomnia lately, but it's been under control the past few nights - oof #longcovid I'm so tired of it!

The humidity wasn't great, but it felt decent with the temp under 70°F 😀
I haven't been able to do these morning runs in awhile, #insomnia, albeit somewhat managed with meds, and fatigue from #longcovid just makes getting it out of bed and going right away really hard. Hopeful…
